职责：
1.负责药物制剂处方研究工作，并制定试验方案
2. 负责工艺优化、工艺验证和评估，并制定相关方案
3.负责组织撰写药品注册申报资料，并对其质量进行把关审核
4. 负责与其他部门沟通协调，完成中试及放大工作
5. 上级安排的其他工作

要求：
1.药物制剂相关专业；
2.2017年热爱新药研发的应届毕业生；
3.踏实、认真、专注。
