Job Description：
> Make process improvement project and contribute to the cost improving program
> Solve and analyse the problem which occur to production line, including high scrap rate & high IRR & customer complain and so on
> Optimize layout, material flow and ergonomics on production line to increase OEE and productivity, establish a robust quality oriented process
> Promote quality improvement project and control the PPM risk
> Perform production data analysis and report chart development
Job Requirement：
> College degree or above, bachelor degree is preferred
> Good oral and written skill in both English and Chinese
> Willing to work on production line work process experience, good product function knowledge
> Knowledge on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic principles
> High quality consciousness for avioding the customer complain in advance
> Strong problem solving skill and good planning/organizing ability
> Clear and effective communication skill, working initiative and fostering innovation in daily work
