> Maintain all running machining process in accordance with Continental standard
> Cycle time study and improvement
> Process improvement (machines, clamping fixtures,tools and layout as well)
> Be responsible for specific machine installation, commissioning, set up and acceptance
> Keep all documentation like setting plan, tool plan, drawings always at the most updated level
> Timely response to production concerns and handle the complex technical problems and quality related
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or other related
> Good command of both spoken and written Engilish
> Good understanding of Siemens 840D solution line /840D power line/FANUC 0i/18i/31i
> Solid knowledge of hydraulic clamping fixture is necessary
