Job Description:
> Provide professional Training and people development tools and best practise within organization;
> Take the lead of Training and People development management;
> Do training analysis and identify the training and development needs of employees
> Implement new staff orientation training as company policy/culture induction training
> Implement company yearly training plan with monthly detail training activities: such as internal training implement and monitor; external training arrangement, oversea training, training procedure control
> Support to develop, deliver and evaluate training programs
> Training Organization enhancement in line with Business requirement, e.g. Enhance Shop floor training;
> Lead & enhance Training Projects
> Make sure staff probation/yearly/performance review are 100% Implemented;
> Database maintain and monthly report (like targets & results);
> Support & follow up the HRD measures implementation, really help for build up team for future.
> Input all information into database with training results, exactly and supply data for relevant function;
> Database maintenance and monthly report;
> Basic analysis for database regarding Training and people management.
> Internal trainer, Conti-Hefei Training school;
> Lead in-house training project implementation and give feedback.
> Provide improvement ideas and implement to enhance the quality of the training & development
> Employee team building / communication activities;
> Continuous improvement idea project of plant;
> Organize and participate all related projects, like Basic Live, 7Leadership, 4 Core value etc.
> As a team member to support implement activities, such as plant events, visit host etc.
> Support admin colleagues as backup
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, Business Administration or other related
> Ability to organize activities and project
> International mind-set
