> Communicate with OEM /Tier1 on tech requirements
> Create specifications if necessary
> Support the production line (Q-gate2)
> Define sub-project goals, give suggestions to team members
> Monitor development results, quality, costs
> Define and allocate the work package within sub-projects
> Ensure all the documentations are done by TS16949 rules
> Project coordination in respect of trial batch
> Report and communicate with PM
> Fulfil other tasks arranged by superiors
