Job Description：
> Support customer quality managerment in customer plant issue
> Lead complaint management and corrective actions definitation and follow up
> Evaluate and implement customer specific quality requirements
> Review the data in the customer portal and act
> Support customer quality management for warranty
> Monitor warranty costs (NCC analysis)
> Support with technical analysis of warranty
> Responsible for corrective actions of production issues
> Plan quality activities (PPAP, CP) and contribute for PPAP package to customer
> Perform customer communication and get approval for proces change
> Perform customer audit for production
> Lead production and product requalification process: CP review; Product audit; Annual PV; FPY review
> Support production issue as customer representative: Risk assesment; Special release for material, production, process; Lessons Learn
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor degree in a related field (engineering / sciences)
> Have good communication skills
> Have good presentation skills
> Have ability to complete task with minimal supervision
> Have good organizational and time management skills
> Have ability of international cooperation
> Have good knowledge of fluent business English
