Job Description:
> Participate in process, raw material and production trails meeting and responsible for all route cards audit except new projects
> Responsible for handing the problems cause of process on new projects or trials, and follow the later batches
> Support production line problem solutions for SOP products
> Analyse the root cause of color, bubbles and so on abnormal, then improve the process controlling to avoid mistakes again
> Responsible for process changing including lacquering gloss and embossing temperature updating, and follow the changing result
> Responsible for maintaining series phase products process parameters
> Responsible for making and updating PFMEA and WI
> Assist in system certification, customer annual audit and internal audit, support the process files for the new project audit
> Assist in process controlling from the new project developing to series phase ,and making controlled files to meet desired products
> Assist in training workers for new production lines and new processes
> Support new production lines in dry test and wet test, 72 hours test and final acceptance, to ensure products in desired quality and efficiency during series phase
> Provide the equipment, safety, cost, 5s and efficiency recommendations for improvement
> Responsible for improving production process continuously
> Provide technical support to achieve efficiency improvement
> Fulfill other projects arranged by superiors
Job Requirement:
> Master degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
