Position Description

Purpose of the Position:

Lead and coordinate the plant wide process improvement and excellence, utilizing PEX tools and methodologies. Drive for data driven in daily problem solving, decision making and in projects

Day to Day Responsibilities:
-Determine manufacturability of products and improved effectiveness and cost of production processes through effective analytical process
-Lead and promote PEX activities in the plant for total performance improvement and excellence
-Ensure timely delivery of individual and department objectives so as to support manufacturing performance excellence.
-Set forward effective process controls for existing and new process/equipment

Project involved with:
-Performance improvement
-Cost reduction
-Technology synchronization, receiving.

Education & Experience
-Bachelor of Science degree in Material, Process Improvement, Statistics and industrial engineering
-Solid knowledge of SPC, and 6 sigma, and PEX
-Experience with Lean/PEX project or leadership is a strong plus
-Project management experience plus

Required Skills
-Problem analysis and problem solving skills.

-Interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication.
-Initiative.
-Good English skill.
