Position Description

Purpose of the Position:
To set up this position is to meet business needs in protecting people, assets and intellectual property effectively. It complies with Corning security best practice and generates a manner of in-time monitor and security control.

Coordinate employee development activities, which promote individual and facility security awareness, including the protection of Corning’s Intellectual Property.
协调日常活动，加强员工和工厂的安保意识，包括保护康宁的知识产权。

Day to Day Responsibilities:
To represent/support plant and the Corporate Security group by performing duties that include but are not limited to: patrolling the facility, identifying and correcting security violations, detecting and reporting unsafe conditions, hazards, and unusual circumstances to include emergencies such as fire, medical, hazardous material, violent incidents and natural disasters.
支持工厂和总部安保团队，履行日常的安保职责，这些职责包括：巡逻厂区、识别并更正安保的违规行为，发现并报告安全隐患、危险源及处理紧急事件，如：火灾、危险化学品泄漏、暴力事件和自然灾害。
Monitor and provide visitor and employee access control for the facilities.
监控及管理访客、员工、供应商的日常进出
Operate security system and conduct 24 hour monitoring
操作安保系统并且实施24小时监控
Maintain daily security documentation of all activities and support the facility as appropriate.
建立日常安保日志，记录所有活动支持工厂正常运营
Inform management of all pertinent activities to include reporting of incidents and conduct preliminary inquiries.
及时向管理层汇报事故同时开展初步调查
Report potential IP threats to the Management and provide recommendations that can establish and maintain an acceptable level of protection.
汇报潜在的知识产权风险，提出合理改进建议

Project involved with:
Support Security Supervisor to establish Security and IP Best Practices.
协助安保主管建立安保和知识产权保护的最佳实践。
Assist the Security Supervisor with developing a consistent physical on-site security survey process to drive continuous improvement and minimize the security risk.
协助安保主管开展工厂的周界安保调研，带动持续改进和降低安保风险。
Assist the Security Supervisor to develop security related SOP’s designed to enhance operational capabilities.
协助安保主管完善安保相关的标准作业流程，确保流程的可操作性。

Education & Experience
Junior college or above
大专及以上
Understanding of information security
