RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要职责：
1. Maintain basic data in CMS system and support data cleaning and data validation;
维护CMS系统的基本数据并支持数据的清理和验证；
2. RFO distribution and quotation collection for small amount purchasing;
小额采购的RFO分布及报价收集
3. Create or maintain PR/PO in CMS system and check the delivery & cost based on information in CMS systems;
在CMS系统中创建并维护PR/PO，并基于CMS系统中的信息检查交付和成本；
4. Contract Preparation and Filing;
准备合同和归档；
5. Purchasing documents hard copies and Electronic PO filing;
采购文件的硬拷贝及电子采购的申请；
6. Implement payment procedure for example: prepayment invoice collect and application etc;
履行付款程序，例如：预付发票的收集和申请等；
7. Maintain purchasing report and support purchasing analysis;
维护采购报告并支持采购分析；
8. Other tasks assigned.
上级安排的其他任务。

QUALIFICATIONS:
岗位要求：
1. Mechanical major preferred, familiar with office operation;
机械专业优先，熟悉office软件操作；
2. CET4 and above;
英语四级及以上；
3. College degree or above;
大专及以上学历。
4. The new graduate in 2017 or 2018 is prefered.
