As a participant, you'll cultivate your talents and grow your office skills.
You will get valuable on-the-job training and develop skills at manufacturing, business planning, investment management that you'll apply during the course of your career.

The controlling intern will work with product supply controlling department, supporting site controller to execute projects and routine business activities.

1. Involvement with the month end close process. Assist internal/external customers with questions related to business performance results.

2. Assist internal customers with questions related to fixed asset activity. Schedule, analyze and allocate monthly depreciation expense.

3. Annual budgets, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, physical inventory audits and special projects as needed.

4. Assist with the consolidation of financial results, variance analysis, and other closing activities.

Skills and Specifications

1. Careful and patient and able to work details

2. Ability to effectively interact with various teams at all levels of the organization

3. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

4. Expertise in numbers and strong math skills

5. Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis

6. Knowledge of the basic principles of macro and micro economics

7. Able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form

8. Should be capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation

9. Should have good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
