职位描述 An immediate vacancy for one FDD Trainee, who wants to have a deeper knowledge and understanding of maritime law, in particular, charterparty disputes, bill of lading issues, other maritime issues. The candidate will have an opportunity to learn from an maritime law expert from overseas. This vacancy is in the legal department of Claims and Legal department to work directly with Director (Claims and Legal). A full opportunity will be given to participate in negotiation, meeting clients, participating in arbitration or mediation, that is usually not available in many organizations to a trainee. In particular, there will be an opportunity to learn cross border practice of arbitration in the field of maritime law. Intern will be guided systematically in the field of maritime law. The salary offered for Trainee is RMB3000 and if the candidate passes the training period, the salary will be increased in accordance with performance and potential.
