Coordinating with fi***ce department in arranging APAC managers’expenses repayment
2. 协调行政部门进行APAC部门办公室日常采购，维护办公环境整洁
Coordinating with Admin Office in APAC procurement services and office cleaning
3. 负责协调APAC经理的差旅和通勤安排
Coordinating with travel agency in arranging manager’s travel transportation and hospitality
4. 负责协调会议地点预订
Coordinate with meeting venue booking
5. 负责协调并解决APAC经理的日常生活问题
Assisting in solving APAC manager’s daily life issue
6.负责接待办公室访客和一般性电话咨询
Attending office visitors and pre-scan telephone call ins
7. 其他行政相关的工作；
Other administrative work on assignment

任职要求
1. 大本/大专四年级在读或以上学历，周工作时间最少4天，最好5天。
College grade 4 or above, can guarantee 4 days working per week, preferably 5 days..
2.良好英文口语，写作水平，可以进行日常基本沟通
Good command of English
3.熟悉电脑基本操作，熟练运用Word、Excel
Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel,Word).
4. 具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力
Good communication and coordination skills
5. 认真仔细，责任心强，有团队合作精神
Detail-oriented with a good sense of responsibility and team spirit
6. 主动好学，勇于开拓
Proactive and willing to learn
