Responsibilities:
1、To oversee upkeep logistic support and vendor management and seek cost down opportunities
2、Monitor and manage spare parts repair, consumables, Process kits for success and survival rate
3、Take ownership of PMC functional modules – Process kits, Spare parts, Repairs, JIT & Scrap/recycle
4、Perform periodic audit on vendors for parts cleaning & spare parts repair
5、Drive and co-ordinate for corrective action items and CIP
6、Ensure smooth logistic between PMC and vendor. Liaise with vendor and procurement team for consigned parts and new technology introduction
7、Work with module & vendor on high running items to reduce cost and improve productivity
8、Plan manpower to support daily running of PMC
