Main Responsibilities:
1. Support on sourcing activities for assigned commodity/program team including negotiations, data analysis, preparation, and execution of procurement agreements.
2. Develop e-commerce tools to drive cost out and supplier base consolidation for assigned commodity/sub-commodity
3. Prepare purchase order/contract drafts appropriate to specific procurement need;
4. Coach and communicate to the suppliers as well as MAHLE plants on the corporate Procurement principles and practices, both to ensure proper controls are in place and to facilitate efficient and effective purchasing transactions.
5. Team assistant to support purchase (BU2 and NPM) department including office facility, meeting arrangement, visitor logistics and others per request.
6. Get familiar with purchase Tools (SAP, SRM, OA, P4T etc. ) to support the new process development for the department, support Material Report when required.

Requirements:
1. Fluent in Chinese and English. Good presentation skills and writing skills, Experience with Excel, Word and server based computer systems such as SAP. Able to learn new hardware/software programs and equipment.
2. Strong networking skills
3. Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities for most efficient/effective accomplishment of work.
4. Self-motivation with minimum supervision.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information/data in a confidential manner.
6. Top 10% ranking in school performance, actively join kinds of school and society activities.
