Targeting high-potential Master’s and MBA graduates, Global Commercial Trainee Program (GCT) is a 2-year systematic scheme designed to develop the talents into future leadership positions in our growing and dynamic companies through an accelerated career path.

The GCT Program Offers

Your Profile

Master’s degree with major in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Finance, etc.

International exposure and experience, incl. living, working or studying abroad.

Good command of English in both spoken & written. Skilled in other languages – Spanish will be a plus.

Personal Chrisma: Analytical; Excellent interpersonal, project & time management skills; Motivation of adapting change, acknowledging challenges and taking on responsibilities of different assignments.

Willingness to travel and relocate.
