1. Support team with daily operation

a) Responsible for AP include prepare payment application once a week.

b) Responsible for monthly closing of accounts, bookkeeping, inter-company

billings/balances, bank reconciliations and related bank issues.

c) Responsible for entering all finance transactions into Yongyou timely, accurately &

Efficiently.

d) Reviews accounting documents (including staff expense reimbursement sheets)

to ensure accuracy of information and calculations for accounts preparation process.

e) Support external and internal audit

f) Accounting documents filing.

g) Support supplier management of purchasing

h) Other affairs assigned by supervisor and manager

2. Support VAT project in general to make sure the successful implementation

a) Support print business tax and VAT FAPIAO.

b) Support VAT input tax and output tax reconciliation and scan input tax.

c) VAT document filing work.

d) Responsible for VAT invoices issuing and verification

3. Support Tax issue

a) Prepare the documents for tax issues for non-trade oversea payment application, invoices issuing limits application and other work related of the tax issue and administration.
