JOB PROFILE

Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Associated Marketing Manager, China Outlet

Division: E-Commerce & Digital Innovation

Location: Shanghai, China

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The primary purpose of this position is for supporting the Associated Marketing Manager on advertising and marketing campaigns, events and promotions to deliver outstanding execution results.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BELOW:

General Department Task

- Follow up with seasonal advertising campaigns and the new projects development by collaborating with local design agency, production house and landlords to deliver the qualified brand exposure and image in & outside the mall.

- Support to deploy 360-degree marketing campaigns & events on planning, execution and recap process, with cross-function cooperation with internal and external partners.

- Work closely with retail and landlords to support on the landlords’ Wechat promotion, big shopping occasions, key events and promotions.

- Coordinate with stores and landlords for new store opening to deliver the NSO marketing plan and execution covering online and offline promotions.

- Conduct monthly competitive marketing research and analysis to understand the market move and seize the market opportunity.

Be responsible to manage the related marketing projects paperwork regarding to contract, payment and etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree required; major in marketing /business/ management is preferred.

- Quick learner and proactive goal-achiever.

JOB PROFILE

Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Division: Marketing & E-Commerce, China

Location: Shanghai, China

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The primary purpose of this position is for supporting the Digital Marketing team on all projects to deliver outstanding execution results.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Social media (65%): support digital marketing senior executive to manage owned digital assets, mainly WeChat and Weibo.

- Closely work with internal sections to consolidate content plan and social calendar, create good angle for company core business and enhance company positioning in the marketplace.

- Day to day supervise external social agency to control the quality of content creation, editing and publishing.

- Coordinate with respective marketing teams in Taiwan, Hong Kong and digital marketing team in headquarter on digital campaign for content syndication and report visibility.

- Work with agency to conduct social listening reports on a regular basis.

- Provide support for EC team in tracking progress and evaluating effectiveness.

- Take initiate to closely monitor competitor social media activations.

2) Performance marketing (20%): assisted digital marketing senior executive to manage paid digital channels, mainly search engines.

- Supervise agency to finish spec sheet and creative adaptation, ensure banners of SEM are well implemented, in accordance with the agreed strategies and guidelines.

- Routine proofreading and copy-writing SEO content plan from performance agency.

- Compose date and tracking KPI for digital activities, consistently check the data accuracy of performance agency.

3) Brand digital marketing (10%): Alongside the digital senior executive to develop and deliver on-going online marketing activities

- Coordinate with media to consolidate spot plan and spec sheet.

- Follow approval process with HQ media team and ensure local creative agency implement corporate design guideline on all levels.

4) Others (5%): manage admin work includes contracting, payment and others.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree required; major in communication/marketing is preferred.

- Good copy writing and proof reading skills.

- Sensitive to figures and interest in web analytics.

Job title: Merchandising Assistant - Greater China Outlet

Reports to: Merchandising Manager - Greater China Outlet

Job Purpose

The Merchandising assistant will form an integral part of the outlet merchandising team by supporting the merchandise manager with all daily buying functions. The ideal candidate will have previous buying experience within merchandising or retail, the ability to multitask, capability to work in Chinese and English, proficiency in MS Excel, as well as exceptional team working skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Create and manage various weekly report templates to be utilized for merchandise analysis

- Pull requested reporting for merchandise manager in an accurate and timely manner

- Take an active role in analyzing sales trends, style selling and stock levels

- Manage marketing sample process by requesting styles and ensuring it is shot and advertised correctly

- Create selling guides with pertinent style information to be shared with retail team

- Proactively manage shipping of goods and alert merchandise manager of any irregularities

- Autonomously manage and update various ticket and pricing files

- Assist merchandise manager with communication to retail, logistics, visual merchandising, marketing, global headquarters, finance, and full price teams

- Complete store visit templates for merchandise manager before scheduled visits

- Assist with formatting and editing of PowerPoint presentations for various meetings

- Support the merchandise manager with any translations needs during meetings or in emails etc.

- Print, file and organize all pertinent documents and document folders for the outlet team

- Work closely with the merchandise manager on any other ad hoc duties as requested

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree

- Previous buying experience at a mid to large sized company

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power point

- Fluent in Chinese and English

- Commercial awareness with a keen interest in the fashion retail industry

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills. Must be detail oriented

- Ability to work flexible hours and have urgency in what they accomplish

JOB PROFILE

Job Title: HR Assistant

Reports to: HRBP - South China

Division: HR

Location: Shanghai, PRC

JOB OBJECTIVE

The objective of this position will be fully accountable for all recruitment & projects. This will encompass client relationship management, the efficient and effective filling of open jobs with top talent, distributing meaningful and accurate reports and metrics, building ready talent pools, and providing exceptional candidate care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Conduct full life cycle recruiting for open positions in north region: website posting, CV first screening, interview arrangement, internal referral reply and follow up and recruiting day materials preparation and coordination

- Ensure delivery of consistent, efficient and effective recruitment services

- Take a support role in developing recruitment process and systems to improve on hiring efficiency

- Participate in general staffing process including offer preparation, new staff on-board, exit process, reference check/salary proof collection, offer issuing and signed back racking and record, RC system and labor contract follow up and staff information consolidation

- Support employment contract and yearly contract renewal, reviewing and monitoring end dates of employment contracts and ensuring that renewals are issued in good time

- Track key information/maintain reports pertaining to: on board/leaving and others’ certification and employee files and the HR filling system.

- Partner with line manager to well manage all crucial reports, such as Staff Movement, Store List, Turnover Rate, Working Attendance, Recruitment Planning, Meeting Minutes etc.

- Other tasks and reporting arranged by line manager

SKILLS and WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree or above, Human Resource related major will be a plus

- 1-2 years’ HR or Admin experience in the retail industry

- Experience in working in luxury/retail industry is a plus but not mandatory

- Honest, open, and non-hierarchical attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong prioritization and organizational skills

- Driven to execute efficiently and accurately
