Title: System and Application Engineer

Job Description:

Develop product demonstration kit, models and system solution for end customers, based on in-depth knowledge of power/analog electronics and embedded systems.
r
Work with customers, field sales, FAEs, product definers, design engineers and the product line manager to support a family of power products for the business unit to plan roadmaps, specify new products and secure design wins.
r
Perform requirements analysis and tradeoffs, create system level requirements descriptions, and work with product definers to create product specifications. Perform deep competitive analysis and provide plans and directions to drive market based solutions.
r
Create customer facing technical documents such as data sheets, application notes, contributed articles and conference papers and contribute to reference designs and demos.
r
Participate to the promotion of existing product portfolio to potential new customers in order to grow market share, defining product derivatives when appropriate and providing guidance in their system architecture to match products performance.
r
Support existing customers in helping them solve application and system specific issues that they may encounter during the lifetime of the product.

Qualification:

Must have a BSEE (Masters preferred) and a MINIMUM of 3 years industry-related experience with Powertrain, Engine Control and Electronics development.

Specific skillset and knowledge on Inter Combustion Engine control and calibration principle is expected.

Skills and experience on electronics design, as hardware and software development.
r
Knowledge on typical applications, as ECUs or modules in Automotive, Industry or Consumer market.

Good academic background is admired, as R&D project experience and professional articles publishment.
r
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written. Fluent English is admired.

Title: Product/Test Engineer

Job Description:
r r
r
Work with worldwide cross-functional teams, Product, Design, Application, Process and QA engineers on new silicon development from early phases of product definition to production phase.
r
Responsible for testing related software (testprogram) & hardware(probe card/load board) design, development and implementation from engineering to production with target test time & cost according the organization standards.
r
Ensure quality of own work by initiating reviews and follow release procedures
r
Keep up to date with new developments on testing methods and technologies
r
Execute characterization, R&R, etc.
r
Assist the project team during the device development phase, with valuable contributions on Design for test, quality, reliability, production etc. aspects.
r
Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (low PPM) requirement

Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work

Support production test partners such as FAB, MFG, foundry and test house

Title: i.MX Systems Hardware Engineer

Job Description:

Perform NPI activities including hardware system design/bring up/debug/validation, technical documentation preparation, reference schematics design, and preparing application notes.

Lead cost effective reference platform design.

To assist the sales/marketing team to do pre-sales work (field sales support), customer training, prototype &demo board building, technical product presentation, troubleshoot in field, software programming, write up applications note, conduct workshop, etc.

Bachelor or master degree, majoring in electrical engineering, automation, electronic engineering, telecommunication, computer science or related disciplines.

Strong board knowledge and experience in audio & video product applications for consumer electronics, automotive and industrial.

Technical support for Asia customers on i.MX Linux BSP drivers, Android/Yocto platform and FreeRTOS

Develop i.MX reference designs and create demo applications for Asia Market

Provide in-depth Technical training to i.MX customers
r
Create and review new product documentation such as AN, UG, RM, DS and etc
r
Be reactive to the demands of customers and feedback requirements to engineering team

Be responsible for system user case performance tuning and optimization

Be responsible for the Technical feasibility analysis for new applications

Work with the partners to create i.MX system applications
