职位描述：
1、负责公司的网站、百度优化推广、微信公众号等平台的维护和管理；
2. 掌握搜索引擎优化、竞价的原理、后台、及工作方式
3. 负责在搜索引擎上的推广优化, 包括购买关键词和企业官网的维护, 百度优化(与第三方服务商配合完成)
4. 负责发布软文和热点关键词信息配合推广，整合第三方网站资源，增加网站的流量和知名度；
5. 跟踪分析网站流量及流量转化问题，为提高网站转化率提供相应的方案；
6. 负责公司平台的维护(包括产品更新, 上传新产品)，并做出判断和尝试的后台运营等相关操作以及数据分析
7. 运用各种线上推广手段，为提供市场支持，协助达成销售目标
8. 市场信息的收集、分析、整理和反馈

职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，英语四级或以上，有机械行业网站优化与推广经验者优先
2.从事过网站优化或百度/关键词优化、网络推广等相关工作优先；
3. 善于信息的收集与编辑整理，有一定的文字功底和沟通能力；
4. 熟悉账户结构优化、关键词选定、关键词监控，与各部门协调完成优化任务；
5. 会使用PS、cdr、ai等设计软件；懂处理美化产品图片等
6. 反应敏捷，表达能力强，具有较强的思维能力，做事细心，有责任心，有团队协作精神，善于挑战
