岗位职责：
1、 负责跟进车辆到场情况，协调并指导车辆装卸货；
2、 熟悉车辆配载，有一定的配载测算能力，保证车辆装载率；
3、 负责监督装货过程，并督导司机现场注意事项；
4、 负责现场发货记录与车辆货物信息的上报；
5、 报表的准确及时提交；
6、 负责协调维护与厂里操作人员的工作衔接；
7、 处理现场异常事宜。

任职要求：
1、 大专及以上学历在校学生，物流管理相关专业优先；
2、 有一定的现场操作安全意识；
3、 工作踏实、能吃苦耐劳，具有责任心，上进心；
4、 性格开朗，现场沟通协调能力强，能承受一定的工作压力，具有团队合作精神；
