Simulation of steelcord in the tire钢帘线产品在轮胎应用中的仿真

Develop the methodology to simulate steelcord in various kinds of tires. Create knowledge of interaction between steelcord and tire performance characteristics. Generate insights to guide steelcord innovations.

开发钢帘线产品在各种轮胎应用中的有限元分析方法，以研究钢帘线对轮胎性能的贡献，指导钢帘线新产品开发的方向。

Simulation of steelcord in tire-making process钢帘线产品在轮胎制造工艺中的仿真

Apply mechanical analysis or FEM simulation to identify and understand the steelcord properties that are critical to the ply quality during the tire-making process.

使用力学分析和有限元分析，以确认钢帘线产品的关键性能指标对轮胎质量的影响。

Project support项目支持

Support various BARDEC projects by mechanical analysis and simulation.

对贝卡尔特亚洲研发中心的各类研发项目提供力学分析与仿真支持。

任职要求

-Ph.D. (or MSc) with strong mechanics background and FEM experience; knowledge on tire application is a plus.

力学相关专业的博士或硕士。有轮胎应用相关工作经验优先。
