Offshore investment banking unit where analysts and associates work with bankers in Asia Pacific. Analysts and associates will focus on a certain sector (Corporate Sector Group, Financial Institutions Group, Financial Sponsors Group, Resources and Energy Group) or product (Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged and Acquisition Finance, M&A Execution) so that they can develop sector/product knowledge.

-Help analysts and associates to prepare various presentation materials for use in internal or client meetings, such as company profiles, industry reports, capital market newsletters, and technical Chinese-English / English-Chinese translation

-Help analysts and associates to prepare valuation analyses using various methodologies including trading comparables and transaction comparables, discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout

-Work extensively in an integrated team environment with global investment banking professionals

-Acquire in-depth understanding of client needs and the market, industry, product and business environment

-Take ownership of work done and have high execution capabilities

-Complete fluency in written and verbal Mandarin and English language -Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
