Job Duties 主要职责:

1. update the B/L data into system, be responsible for HB/L confirmation, checking timely. 维护系统中B/L数据，及时确认核对提单。

2. Be responsible for AMS/ACI filing. 负责AMS/ACI舱单申报。

3. Follow up the status of the cargo, check with customs in time for special situations. 跟踪货物动态， 如有特殊状况及时跟客户确认。

4. Issue and release the HB/L to customer against payment timely. 根据客户付款情况及时签发提单

5. Follow up the SOP for VIP customers. 执行针对大客户的标准操作流程

6. Prepare for the pre-alert/doc set and relevant shipping docs to overseas branch/agent timely. 给海外分支或代理发预告及相关货运文件

7. Build up and maintain the good relationship with customers and agents. 与客户、代理保持良好的关系

8. Maintain the good service quality. 确保服务质量

Qualifications:

1.College education; majored in Logistics, International Transportation,International Business, Foreign Trade, or English is preferred 大专物流、国际贸易、国际商务、涉外贸易或英语专业

2. CET-4, good skills in MS Office Application 英语4级以上优先，熟悉办公软件

3. Team spirit, proactive, hard working, 具备团队合作精神

4. Good typing skill and detail oriented 打字快，工作仔细
