工作内容：

1．接听客户来电，转接电话

2．通过电话邀请专业观众参观展会获取观众信息，并对信息进行记录、核实、处理和跟进， 及时汇总沟通中存在的问题, 并向主管汇报

3．对客户资料进行录入和整理

4．处理客户的邀请函

5．收发快递

6．处理收、发货，定期整理仓库

7．简单协助处理行政工作事务

8．处理主管委派的其他工作

职位要求：

1．能使用普通话或粤语进行日常交流

2．良好的口头表达能力及倾听、理解能力，具备一定的电话沟通技巧

3．高度的工作热情和耐心、责任感

4．认真负责的工作态度

5．良好的团队合作意识

6．学习能力强

7．懂英文优先

工作时间：

周一至周五，9：00-18：00，每天工作8小时，每周至少工作3.5天以上，并能持续四个月以上。
