1. Manage the sales order to Sales Admin. according to customers’ demand.

根据客户需求，处理日常订单，实时监控代销库存

2. Prepare enough goods, arrange delivery schedule and make good coordination if necessary according to the sales targets of TV shopping programs. To assure good communication internally with other departments.

根据电视购物节目需求，完成日常货品的备货、调配及管理，与其他部门保持良好沟通

2. Keep good communication with customers to accomplish the daily issues in between.

与客户保持良好沟通，处理日常往来事务

3. A/R control of distributors.

经销客户应收账款监控

5. Follow up with Key Account Manager to complete monthly Sales Forecast. Formulate and follow monthly production plan according to customer’s demand.

协助完成每月Sales Forecast，根据客户需求制定每月出货计划并跟进

6. Prepare relevant sales report.

完成相关销售报表

7. Support and complete quarterly and annually stock-taking work.

配合完成每月季度、年度盘点工作

8. Manage the returning of consignment stocks.

9. Other internal coordination work related to TV Shopping business

电视购物团队的内部协调

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历

2. Relevant sales admin. working experience will be a plus

有相关销售行政工作经验

3. Good English

英语熟练

4. Microsoft Office skill

熟练掌握各种office软件

5. Can use SAP&POS will be a plus

有操作SAP及POS系统进优先

6. Hard work, detailed

做事认真，仔细，严谨

7. Willing to meet challenge, solve problem independently, sense of responsibility
