Job Description:

1/ Send out system order

2/ Follow up: advance payment, goods and invoice

3/ Check error price list by Financial department every week

4/ Summarizing the temp price and update corresponding PO

5/ Responsible for purchasing system data maintenance and update

6/ To be responsible for the purchasing contract, supplier files and filing work of various kinds of forms, set up the supplier file

7/ Arrange debit note and push supplier to get the feedback

8/ Raw material cost trend and KPI report

Requirement:

1/ Reporting skills (excel power point)

2/ English spoken

职责：

跟踪预付款，到货及发票

发出系统订单

每周审核问题价格清单

汇总暂定价格，更新相应采购订单

维护和更新采购系统数据

梳理采购合同，供应商资料及其它文件，建立供应商档案

做原材料成本趋势及KPI报告

要求：

本科以上学历

Office软件技能

英语口语沟通能力
