Job Description: contract support admin

Responsible for the business affairs during the sales contract execution, including daily sales order processing, and provide service to customers. Coordinate with other departments to arrange logistics delivery. Assist with financial work and department document processing.

Skills/Qualifications:

1.College degree or above, major in business and international trade;

大学专科及以上学历,商务,国际贸易专业优先;

2. More than one year working experience in business coordination, sales support order contract, Processing is preferred.

一年以上商务协调类、销售支持类或订单合同处理类工作经验优先;

3. Proficient in office software

熟练操作办公软件

4.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

良好的英文听说读写能力;

5. Good interpersonal skills and pressure resistance.

具备良好的人际沟通能力和抗压能力

Responsibilities:

1. To contact business affairs while executing sales contracts; Responsible for

business affairs during the sales contract.

负责销售合同执行期间的商务事宜

2. Responsible for daily sales order processing of King Dee system;

负责金蝶系统的日常销售订单处理;

3. Placing order to the foreign customer service department and contact with

them for the PO matters

负责下订单给国外,与国外客服联系订单的事宜;

4. Assistant the basic Finance matters, issue the VAT Invoice and check with

Finance team

协助财务一些基本的财务工作,如开具增值税发票,进项和销项发票核对和整理

5. To manage daily documents of the department;

部门日常文档处理

6.Tracking the sales team order, coordinate with the other department

处理客户订单流程、与其他部门配合,安排物流送货、提供客户服务;
