Marketing Events and Programs Support (Primary Responsibilities):

Support onsite event – work with internal and external resources to support marketing events, including prepare invitation and collaterals, consolidate list, etc.

Maintain online and print collaterals.

Maintain stock of updated collateral and press kits for sales activities.

Content Generation (Secondary Responsibilities)

Coordinate with internal resources to prepare in-depth analysis.

Create interesting, credible and fresh content such as blog, news releases, case studies and collateral materials on China International Trade.

Manage and post entries on company website, blog or communities to help establish our voice as an industry leader and drive traffic to corporate website.

Qualifications:

Proven written and oral communication skills in English.

Ability to coordinate with different parties and deal with multi-tasks.

Familiar with Microsoft applications and experience in image design tools like InDesign, Photoshop, etc.

Major in English, Marketing, Business is preferred.

Experience in Trade Compliance, Supply Chain or software industry will be a plus.

Able to travel 10-15%.

3. 协助管理公司网站和博客内容，以建立我们作为行业领导者的声音并提升流量。

职位要求

1. 英文撰写和口语能力佳；

2. 协调力佳、关注细节、能够平衡多任务并选择优先级；

3. 流利使用 Microsoft Office，会使用图像及设计软件，如InDesign，Photoshop等；

4. 英语、新闻专业优先；

5. 熟悉供应链、国际物流、国际贸易、合规者优先；

6. 约 10-15% 时间出差。
