熟悉公司产品能独立处理问题;

熟悉邮件送达技能,基本的大数据市场营销技能;

协助主管处理客户各种诉求;

通过邮件服务及根据客户要求完成项目 ,令客户满意;

当系统需要维护、升级、发布时及时联系客户让其知道;

监督项目进度并向主管汇报;

创建客户资料,定期更新相关文件;

与系统维护同事进行系统测试,并反馈给系统维护同事,提高系统性能。

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Familiar with all our products and can work independently to deal with support cases.

Familiar with deliverability knowledge, basic email/digital marketing knowledge.

Be involved of different kinds of complaints and assist supervisor to handle it.

In charge of customer satisfaction, by sending out surveys and customer care program.

In charge of communicating with clients when we have schedule maintenance/upgrade/release.

Be responsible to monitor the status of the case handling, and review to see if there’s any improvements, escalate to supervisors.

Create customer profiles, and internal knowledge base. Regularly update FAQ and other related documents.

Work with product team on product testing, giving feedback to product team to improve product quantity.

REQUIRED

Good at communication skills, including writing and oral presentation skills.

An ability to provide accurate solutions to customers.

Project management skills and negotiation skills to well handle daily jobs, CS case, complaints, ect.

Need to have business sense and foresights on email/digital marketing.

An ability to summarize and assist supervisors to deal with complaints.

Being confidence, patience, politeness, can work under pressure.

Positive and innovative thinking DNA.

Language: native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin, and high proficiency in both written and spoken English.
