POSITION: HR Specialist-Intern for 3 months

LOCATION: Wuxi, China

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in implementation of training plan for business across campus.

Support on the training and development process, perform training programs to achieve the training targets and track training effectiveness based on plant performance analysis and development needs.

Tracking & Maintain the training records according to the quality and EHS system requirements.

In-house training supports.

Prepare the kinds of reports as directed

Support on the new employee onboard process.

Prepare the documents for the oversea training or trip.

Other tasks assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

College or above, majored in Human Resources, Administration or related.

At least 1 years working experience in related HR function.

Good communication and inter-personal skills - develops effective working relationship and interacts with others within and across functions and levels.

Independent, self-motivated and good team player.

Good oral & written communication skill both in English and Mandarin is a must.

Good command of computer literacy in Microsoft Office especially Excel & PPT.
