Main Responsabilities 主要工作内容与职责

1.Manage customer service: maintain good relationship with customers, follow up on customer request and achieve sales target.

客户服务管理：与客户保持良好的关系，跟进客户要求，完成销售目标。

2.Coordinate and follow up project development, order production, to shipment, including customer’s claim.

协调和跟进项目开发进度，订单生产，出货，包括客户投诉的处理。

3.Support team leader to prepare customer visit, company and products presentation.

协助组长准备客户的拜访，公司及产品介绍。

Requirements 职位基本要求

1.Bachelor Degree

本科以上学历

2 Fresh Graduate will be considered for Sales Assistant position.

应届毕业生将被视为业务助理职位。

3.Positive with excellent inter-personal and communication skills, detail-oriented, energetic and willing to take challenges and to travel aboard.

具有良好的人际沟通能力，注重细节，有活力，愿意接受挑战，能在国外出差。

4.English fluent (listen, oral and written). Additional language is a plus.

英语流利（听，说写）。会其他小语种更佳。

5.Good computer literacy (MS Office)

具备电脑文书处理能力（MS Office 软件）

1.The trial period is 3 months for sales

业务员的试用期为三个月

2.Structure of compensation during the trial period : Basic salary + Overtime + Internship bonus

试用期内工资结构：基本工资 + 加班工资 + 实习考核奖金

3.After the trial period, the international sales can earn more than 8000 yuan per month maximum, and 6500yuan per month maximum for international sales assistant.

通过试用期转正后，外销业务员最高每月可获得8000及以上，外销业务助理最高每月可获得6500及以上。

4.Sign a formal labor contract, and the social insurance will be provided according to the law

公司与员工签署正式劳动合同，依法提供社会保险
