1.熟练波峰焊日常调试及维护经验，能独立完成波峰焊等设备保养和基础维修

2.熟练工艺参数调整，持续提高波峰焊品质、能完成炉后品质跟进处理

3.动手能力强,能制作简单的生产治具，责任心强，好学上进

4.熟悉coating喷涂设备/插件机维护、程序制作经验者，或电气PLC控制电路优先考虑

5.至少1年以上技术调试工作经验
