Summary
1.Create the documentation of assembly project according to customer’s specification;
2.Lead the material planner release the purchase application;
3.Support the team leader of assembly design;
4.Design the equipment for engine & transmission assembly line (concept and detail);
5.Special calculation and simulation related with the project;
6.Support Project Management and Proposal.

Primary responsibilities
1.Responsible for the documentation of assembly project.
2.Lead the material planner release the purchase application;
3.Feeds back to his superior of his needs in human and material means to achieve compliance with the requirements cited above.
4.Participates in the planning of his staff time off and ensures the replacement of missing.
5.Following specifications established by the customer, makes helped by his task force or available outsourcing the study work.
6.Verifies that customer’s norms and standards are defined and applied.
7.Work together with the department leader selection of subcontractors for study, and monitor the subcontractor of mechanical design.
8.Establishes the minutes of meetings or telephone information during business (customer, site visit, contractors, etc ...) and feeds back accordingly.
9.Transmits the BOM to material planner.
10.Ensures the realization of the documentation on time, so not to delay the reception and thus end payments.
11.Provides the classification of its documents following standard principle at TKSECN.
12.Participates actively in the political quality of the company.
13.In the absence of leader designer, his functions are delegated to the department leader.

Knowledge & skill requirements
1.Degree of Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor or above)
2.Software skills: Catia V5, AutoCAD, MS-Office products
3.Experiences: 2-4 years of assembly line mechanical design
4.Skill of English

Working conditions
1.Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Responsibilities may require certain volume of travel within China.
