二、招聘岗位：
（一）Accountant 会计
工作地点：北京
Responsibility工作职责：
1、Handle all intercompany transactions, Portfolio related tasks, US and Statutory reports analysis, and John Deere Financial Beijing branch reports.
该职位需要处理所有公司间交易、投资组合相关任务、美国和法定报告分析以及约翰迪尔融资租赁公司北京分公司报告。
2、Works with Deere units in US, Europe and Asia on intercompany transactions.
与在美国/欧洲和亚洲的迪尔业务单元进行公司间交易。
3、Fixed asset - PO, FASS reports, AFE, AFD, AFL GL Recon.
固定资产-采购订单，固定资产摊销报告，申请费用支出， 固定资产处置以及经营性租赁的流程。
4、US and Statutory reports and analysis - monthly, quarterly, yearly.
月度、季度以及年度美国和法定报告与分析。
5、Portfolio booking and reconciliation.
投资组合-登记和核对。
6、Tax & Government reports related to Beijing branch.
北京分公司税务和政府报告。
7、Ad hoc tasks.

Qualification任职资格：
1、Minimum of bachelor degree, preferably accounting/finance related, English is required.
本科及以上学历，会计或金融专业为佳，熟练使用英语。
2、Advanced excel skills.
高级Excel应用技巧。
3、Analytical skills.
分析能力。
4、Strong team player, good communication skills and positive work attitude.
团队合作者，良好的沟通技巧和积极的工作态度。

（二）Retail Credit Analyst 信贷审核专员
工作地点：北京
Responsibility工作职责：
1、Approves or rejects credit submissions within prescribed limits received from allocated regions. This includes evaluating customer applications, financial statements, and other customer information in making these credit decisions.
在权限范围内批准或退回指定区域的信用审核申请。包含评估客户申请，财务报表，及其他影响信用审核决定的客户信息。
2、Recommends credit submissions received from allocated regions for approval or rejection, which are outside prescribed limits. This includes evaluating customer applications, financial statements, and other customer information in making these credit recommendations.
对从指定区域收到超出自身权限范围的信用申请提供批准或拒绝的建议，包括评估客户申请，财务报表，和其他有利于做出信用建议的客户信息。
3、Responsible for maintaining and developing ongoing business relationships with the dealer network and ASMs, supporting the marketing of the finance products and product service opportunities. Liaises with dealers and ASMs on completing credit applications and handles other inquires as appropriate.
负责同经销商网络和销售经理持续维护和发展业务关系，支持融资产品和融资服务的营销。同经销商，销售经理共同完成信用审核申请和解决其他问题。
4、Provides technical and product support to other staff members in credit and operations division.
为信用审核和合同组同事提供技术和产品支持。
Qualification任职资格：
1、Minimum of Bachelor Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience.
本科及以上学历，会计或金融及其他相关专业。
2、Understanding of financial statements, cash flow and key financial ratios.
了解财务报表，现金流和关键财务比率。
3、Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
熟练使用Microsoft Office Excel。

（三）Area Sales Manager区域销售经理
工作地点：北京
Responsibility工作职责：
1、Manage dealers for cooperation with JDFL; conduct dealers training.
经销商管理，经销商培训。
2、Understand customers' credit worthiness and make customer visit; Work with collection team to control risk.
了解客户的信用情况，对客户进行家访. 同催收团队进行风险管理。
3、Develop business relationship with dealers / customers and support the finance lease application and risk control through on-farm visits and dealer visits, based on fully understanding of customers and dealer's needs.
发展与经销商/客户的关系，通过实地访问，经销商访问了解真实需求，支持融资租赁申请和风险控制。
4、Prepares materials for and presents dealer training on the use and selling of John Deere finance lease products, tools and programs, and provide process/product introduction and necessary trainings to dealers' management people and staffs.
准备并提供给经销商迪尔融资产品、工具以及项目的销售使用材料，提供流程和产品介绍，并提供给经销商团队必要的培训。
5、Supervising dealers' role in JDFL business process and regularly review performance of dealers. Initiate action plan to improve overall performance.
监督经销商的融资租赁流程，定期评估经销商绩效，指定改进方案提高整体绩效。
6、Monitor the performance of portfolio of JDFL in his/her regions, and assist in collection activities.
监督所负责区域的投资组合绩效，协助催收活动。
7、Obtains and reports on the assigned area-wide general industry information and conditions/pricing, market activity and seasonal conditions for agricultural and construction equipment industry.
收集并报告所在区域的行业信息情况、价格、营销活动，以及农机和工程机械的季节动态变化。
Qualification任职资格：
1、Strong communication skill, finance background and knowledge.
