Task Description 职责描述:
1.Support the machine building activities of BTEC as machineowner & expert
-Support Sales:
Up to date configurator & sales documentation readily availabe upon request. Assist in the configuration of the new machines upon request. Provide machine type related training upon request.
-Support Purchasing:
Provide up-to-date and correct detailled drawings and specs to uniquely define the parts to be manufactured or purchased.
Provide timely adequate answers on questions posed by purchasing, sourcing and suppliers regarding the functional requirements for commercial and manufacturing components/assemblies.
-Support QA:
Up-to-date Critical To Quality file defined and available at all times. Provide timely adequate answers on questions posed by QA regarding the quality requirements for the manufactured parts/assemblies. No let-pass which compromises the quality of the product on short or long run without permission by the BTEC sales representative of the customer.
-Support assembly:
Provide up-to-date assembly drawings. Provide timely and adequate corrective and preventive solutions for problems encountered during assembly problems.
-Support installation:
Availability of up-to-date layout and handling diagram at all times. Provide adequate corrective and preventive solutions on questions posed & problems faced by the installation people.
-Support GAMM:
Availability of sparepart list and maintenance presciptions at all times. Provide adequate corrective and preventive solutions on questions posed & problems faced by the maintenance people.
2.Support our customers as machineowner
-Supports machine configuration by proposing the available historical standard process parts and in case not suitable only then extend the available range.
-Provides adequate proposals for required machine modifications/revampings to be able to meet the customer's requirements, keeping in mind what is best for Bekaert as a whole.
-Provide adequate and timely short and long term solutions on questions posed & problems faced by our customer.
-Makes realistic estimates for these support activities in terms of materials and human resources required, amout of budget and schedule involved as input for quotation for the BTEC sales organisation.
3. Knowledge build-up and sharing as expert
-One develops and maintains an in-depth expert understanding which will enables us to keep/make a difference in our advantage with our competion.
-One does keep track with the developments outside Bekaert by study of technical literature, journals and patents, by visiting fairs,... .
-One provides as an expert the necessary reports, presentations and training to share your knowledge with the rest of the organisation and ensure it becomes part of the collective wisdom of our organisation.
4.Contineous improvement & innovation
-One understands and keeps a clear view on the internal (BTEC) and external (BTEC's customers) organisations needs.
-One actively identifies opportunities for further improvement (eg. further localisation, extension of machine type range, quality improvement...) and innovation (new machine types, systems,...)
-In agreement with the supervisor, one evaluates the potential of these opportunities and determines the required resources to be able to decide about the feasibility of TQM, development or R&D projects.
-In agreement with the supervisor one takes action to realize the project together with the assigned team following the expected WOW like discribed in the next section.

5.Project planning & execution
-One makes realistic schedules & budgets in terms of materials and resources for project execution.
-One follows-up & reports the progress of the project.
-One proposes solutions & after agreement with supervisor, takes action to adjust the deviations in terms of progress & spenditure from the planning.
-Knows & understands the requirements of the BIP for the contribution one is expected to make himself.
-Knows & understands the requirements of the BIP for the project and supervises his teammembers with respect to this.
-Does proposals to adapt the Way-Of-Working in project execution to improve the BIP's effectivity

Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Broad knowledge of and affinity with the mechanical and mechatronical engineering domain (components & systems, concepts, practices and procedures).
2. Knowledge of CAD/CAE, SAP and other related engineering software.
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Pro-active, self-motivated and result oriented.
5. Responsible, interactive teamplayer and leader. Strong communicator.
6. Fluent in English communication both in spoken and written, technical and non-technical.
7. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from 211/985 university
