80% first responsibilities:
-Take part in company trainings/Camps to learn CAPC core value, CLE, Organization Structure and BU functions
-Practice in different FSQR functions to get familiar with different operations
-Have job rotation in different FSQR functions and actively involved in function daily work with accountability.
-Proactively to participate training activities
-Proactively learn Cargill FSQR system knowledge include Cargill Food Safety Policy Manual and related FS/Q management system skill to become professional.
-Prepare and deliver evaluation presentation periodically.
-Based on successful evaluation, take part in assigned department’s on job trainings and fulfill training targets
-Work closely with mentors to learn professional knowledge
-Take responsibility in daily job from manager assigned and meet position requirement.
-Participate projects assigned by mentors

20% second responsibilities:
-Other tasks as manager required
