Assistant Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
Serve as an Electrical Controls resource for troubleshooting of production equipment in all areas. Control system troubleshooting will include but not limited to, Programmable Control Systems, Human Machine Interfaces, Robots, Motion Control, Measurement Systems, Instrumentation, Dryers, Kilns, Material Handling Systems, Networks, Computer system hardware / software application support for MES and data collection systems
Serve as a technical resource for questions regarding deviation and interpretation as well as managing changes during off shift activities
Initiate and maintain relationships with production and maintenance to provide first responder Controls and Level 1 I.T. support for the plant
Develop / maintain equipment safety in daily operation, continuously improve safety from electrical/controls
Comply with all safety, quality, and IP requirements, and continuously look for further improvements
Strive for continuous improvement opportunities, to deliver business objectives such as capacity, cost and quality.

Assistant Process Engineer
Major Preference:
Materials Science and Engineering, Applied Physics, Instrument Science and photoelectrical Engineering and etc
Responsibilities:
Interact and support production
Establishing rigorous process control and discipline within their respective area of responsibility (determine appropriate data collection, process monitoring, control methods, and documented standard operating procedures)
Controlling process variation and making continuous improvements
Investigating and analyzing process issues, providing troubleshooting support, developing solutions, and implementing permanent corrective actions
Conducting experimentation to understand cause and effect of changes
Controlling effective implementation of process or equipment changes
Planning, directing, coordinating and/or leading projects to ensure effective implementation achieving Objectives, completed on time and within budget
Participating on New Products Team planning for new product introductions, ensuring production readiness, establishing capability, and resolving issues
Providing training and certification of operators and technicians in process control and defect detection

Responsibilities:
Lead a shift of operators on the production floor
Responsible to meet daily production goals for safety, quality, production and cost objectives
Schedule shift resources and prioritize activities for efficient production. Includes: product changeovers, upgrades, experiments, new product runs, training and maintenance activities
Supervise production and maintenance employees and technicians on procedures, policies, and ensure operations are run to standard setpoints
Implement and monitor training, qualification, certification and development programs for new and experienced operators, team leaders
Enforce process discipline and rigorous change control
Communicate and report production and process performance metrics to team, and management
Perform performance reviews and develop and reinforce career and talent development plans for salaried/indirect labor and hourly/direct labor employees

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree, major in engineering or management related

Responsibilities:
Build up Finance team pipeline through training interns in their support to daily operation and work on special projects
Provide support to supervisor on daily work including closing, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, intercompany transactions, inventory control, ER review, etc
Work on overseas payments and support cash flow management
Support document and data collection for statuary audit and transfer price filing
Work with SOX team to improve internal control environment

Responsibilities:
Global and China Training strategy and system deployment and implementation:
Fully understand all Global and China training plan/programs and tools, can clearly deliver the resources and tools based on requirement
