We are seeking a service oriented Information Technology Technician (IT Technician). You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot so that our client systems and networks can operate at the highest efficiency and stability. To qualify for this position, one will be expected to:

Develop a familiarity with all internal hardware/software systems and local networks.

熟悉所有内部硬件/软件系统和本地网络。

Troubleshoot problems with hardware/software/networks (e.g. viruses, intrusion software, user and server OS, storage space issues).

解决硬件/软件/网络问题(如病毒、入侵软件、用户和服务器操作系统、存储空间问题)。

Travel interstate to work at different customer sites.

为了服务于不同的客户，需要到客户公司去解决问题（一般在上海市区）。

Perform regularly scheduled maintenance activities with appropriate timing.

进行定期的维护服务。

Maintain/Document inventory and physical location of all hardware devices.

维护/记录所有硬件设备的库存和位置。

Possess ITIL methodology and experience with ticketing systems.

具有ITIL理论基础和Ticketing系统经验。

Have good documentation skills and mindset.

具有良好的文档写作技能和思维。

Provide feedback to Tech Manager regarding possible solutions to reoccurring issues and complex technical issues.

向技术经理提供关于可能解决重复发生的问题和复杂技术问题的反馈。

Build/Configure new servers/workstations and other mobile devices.

构建/配置新的服务器/工作站和其他移动设备。

Train users about how to properly use company issued equipment.

培训用户如何正确使用设备。

Recommend strategies to prevent downtime.

提供防止停机的建议。

Work within a friendly team to develop best practices to increase network security and stability.

与团队合作，制定***方案，以增加网络的安全性和稳定性。

Job Requirements

Sound knowledge of computer hardware/software, internet security, privacy, networks, and operating systems.

熟悉计算机硬件/软件、互联网安全、隐私、网络和操作系统。

Effective analytical, problem solving, reporting and documentation skills.

有效的分析、解决问题能力，具有报告和文档管理技能。

Ability to train internal users.

能够培训内部用户。

Product or Technical Certifications (e.g. A+, CCNA, Cyber Security) is a plus.

产品或技术认证(如A+、CCNA、网络安全)优先考虑。

Excellent verbal and written communication in Chinese, good verbal/written English is a plus.

良好的中文口头和书面沟通能力（英语口语及书面沟通良好者优先考虑）。

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields favorable.

计算机科学、工程或相关专业者优先考虑。
