MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: · Be responsible for product marketing strategy and execution · Work closely with sales team to analyze the targeted market and establish right channel strategy ·Work closely with sales team to develop new customers by right customer strategy · Come up the leading market development strategy and action plans to drive sales team to achieve Annual Operation Plan(AOP) ·Work closely with Medtronic Quality Committee to ensure effective and efficient product complaint management process ·Support, develop and execute product related convention/program · Provide technical and clinical service on all matters concerned with products to both sales team and external customers JOB REQUIREMENTS ·Bachelor degree or above in medical science or equivalent degree · Work independently and OK to travel fluently if needed · passionate and willing to take challenges ·Logical thinking and good reasoning and analytical skill · Excellent presentation skill · Excellent inter-personal communication & co-ordination skills ·A good team worker with good learning agility · Fluency in written and oral English ·Good computer application skill
