承担变频调速、伺服控制方向研究课题，应用工程理论和先进技术解决复杂工程问题

坚实的变频控制及功率变换技术背景；

良好的故障诊断和数据分析能力；

熟练使用Matlab 和/或 Simplorer；

熟练使用CCS开发环境；

强的实验动手能力；

良好的学习和沟通能力；

良好的团队协作精神。

Position Summary

Initiates the design, development, execution and implementation of scientific research projects. Investigates the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products. Plans and executes laboratory research. Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories, and may contribute to scientific literature and conferences. May participate in development of patent applications. May coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.

Key Responsibilities

? Apply engineering theories and principles, and perform complex work in the applied research projects, including investigation, acquisition, integration and distribution of advanced technologies that support the long-term business strategies of the Company.

? Participate in establishing research methodology, project objectives and milestones for major technical initiatives.

? Report interim milestones and final results to team lead and related Business Unit (BU).

? Execute the allocated tasks/milestones on schedule with a high level of quality.

? Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, security, quality and environmental regulations as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.

? Build a good relationship with BUs, project sponsors, and other team members.

? Collaborate as a team player and frankly share information and viewpoints with other team members.

Complexity

? Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Supervision

? Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

? Developing professional expertise. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve variety of issues.

? Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.

? Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

? PhD in a technical discipline (Power Electronics, Motor Control, Industry Automation, or Electrical Engineering etc.).

? Strong technical knowledge of variable speed drives, motor control, fault diagnosis and data analytics. Solid basic knowledge on power conversion, power semiconductor device theory, applied electromagnetic theory, analog and digital circuit, electrical machinery, control, and test/development instrumentation.

? Strong hand-on experiment capability. Familiar with CCS environment and ability in constructing, coding, and debugging basic induction motor control system including hardware and software. The experience is a plus.

? Familiar with general simulation tools including Matlab and/or Simplorer.

? English skills – skilled oral, reading and writing.
