Position Title: Finance Trainee /财务培训生

Working Location: 上海莘庄

Responsibilities:

Accounting Functions:

· Keep clearly, proper and accurate records of all financial transactions on a timely basis.

· Secure to meet all government and internal deadlines for reporting on relevant data, e.g. monthly reports, taxes, social security.

· Secure proper and complete, well keep documents for all transactions.

· Assist the Accounting Function to provide services to the group companies including payment management, monthly bookkeeping and reporting, invoice management, tax declaration and VAT refund services.

· Overall back-up and support of Accounting Supervisor including related administrative tasks

Finance Functions:

· Finance (Treasury, Cash Pool Management, Loan Agreements, Foreign Currency Risk Management, Advisory on Credit Management, Corporate Finance and related functions);

· Insurance (local coordination of policies and premiums).

Other Job Functions:

· Act as back up for Finance Assistant or other commercial function as needed.

· Supporting or independent analytical and project work as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

· Bachelor or master degree in related subjects;

· A high level of precision (attention to detail) and confidentiality.

· Proficiency in English is a must while understanding of German is preferred.

· Open personality, cooperative and flexible.

· Interested to learn, while taking care of routine daily administrative tasks

· Enjoys working in a small international team
