Job Responsibilities

1 Support recruiting and employee on boarding

2 Support training arrangement, training posters, training data input and maintenance

3 Support internal employee activities organization

4 Support internal newsletter edits

5 Help HR related documents filing and archive

6 Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:

1 Bachelor/Master degree student, can work at least three days one week

2 Good command of computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

3 Good English both oral and written

4 Good organization skills and communication skills

5 Proactive and self-motivated
