生产培训生地区/空缺广东东莞/1 河北沧州/2

岗位职责：

· 了解整个工厂的运作，明白各部门运转流程，能够很好的与各部门处理好工作关系；

· 熟悉车间生产操作，能够独立操作，能够迅速解决车间紧急情况；了解生产线的工艺控制参数以及工艺控制参数的调整,熟悉工厂自动化控制逻辑的编写和优化, 参与工艺自动化工艺描述(PDS)的编写.并且参与项目的调试和总结.

· 经过一段时间的工厂熟悉之后, 根据候选人的兴趣,确定他选择的生产部门, 从倒班开始,逐步承担值班主管的工作,然后经过一段时间之后,在来承担工艺工程师的工作,要求候选人能够协调部门人员关系，领导班组人员运行工厂正常生产,达成工厂期望的生产管理的目标；

· 根据需要协助完成生产部门的标准操作流程；并且能够培训相关生产部门的操作员遵照执行标准操作流程. 同时根据生产工艺的变化,即时更新并培训标准操作流程

· 熟悉了解工厂生产设备的工作原理；能够指导新加入或者已有的操作员设备运行的调整.问题的发现和解决

· 熟悉本生产工艺的最佳工业实践,并且能够协调生产团队,在工厂内部推行嘉吉最佳生产实践要求. 懂得生产相关的计算及分析，2年内完成从培训生到工程师的转型；

· 熟悉EHS及食品安全,工艺安全相关知识，熟悉嘉吉的事故汇报流程以及嘉吉紧急事故处理流程,熟练掌握嘉吉EHS,FS,PSM 的一些基本的概念,并配合工厂实现EHS,FS,PSM 年度的绩效指标.

· 能够独立填写MOC并完成相应的跟踪工作；熟悉工艺安全风险评估的知识体系及流程,并且能够参与SWIFT 回顾以及行动方案的跟进,了解GRC, FM 等工厂损失控制的体系知识以及行动方案的参与.

岗位职责：

· Hedging cash purchases· Trading futures in DCE and CBOT;· Arbitrating between cash and futures, including delivery on the exchange;· Report Open Interest/Trade Volume/carry structures and explore trading opportunities;· Keep trading position spread sheet updated (Long & Short);· Give the necessary guidance and learn from the different locations (offices or plants);· Keep World Trading Group (WTG) and Minneapolis fully informed on major developments in the DCE, cash markets and general environment in China;· Write daily recaps on the different commodities traded;· Write weekly recaps for the Chinese Risk Meeting on the different commodities traded.

岗位职责：

This role will take about 1 year on-job training in supply chain operations including import/export, transportation, warehousing, logistic coordination and contract execution etc. After 1 year training, eventually will be developed as a role specialized in one supply chain function.

25%: Import/Export operation role;

l Be acquaint with China Customs laws & regulations and carry out compliance of China import and export trade policies;

l Learn to prepare shipping documents and certificate necessary for I/E clearance procedure by Coordinating with domestic and oversea customers or suppliers;

l Learn how to coordinate with the internal dept. to follow MOA and Customs’ requirement on GMO and quarantine supervision and ensure I/P application smoothly.

l Knowledge related to ocean freight, vessel demurrage/dispatch management, vessel lightening requirements etc.

25% : Logistics and transportation role;

l Start from the transportation assistant to understand the operations in this area and learn how to get the right contacts with the service vendors, understanding sourcing ,logistics planning and inbound/outbound operations

l Operate the transportation as assigned mode and routes.

l Learn the freight costs structure model to benchmark our transportation effectiveness and competitiveness

20%: External and Internal Warehousing management;

l understand warehouse operations and management, understand the working flow of raw materials procurement and receiving;

l Be familiar with Cargill’s warehousing management process including sourcing, qualification check ,credit application, inventory management, cut-off policies etc;

l Understand deeply in Cargill safety policy and management through the warehouse experience;

20% : Contract execution roles,

l Learn the business through working in contract execution team by dedicated position of assigned business category and customers.

l Support contract execution supervisor to develop and optimize the working process to improve CE efficiency

l Data analysis and apply for business operations management in CE

10% : Other duties as assigned by supervisor .

岗位职责：

As the talent development plan to develop management trainee through the learning in different FSQR function and position to become as capable FSQR talent for suitable FSQR position.

80% first responsibilities:

· Take part in company trainings/Camps to learn CAPC core value, CLE, Organization Structure and BU functions

· Practice in different FSQR functions to get familiar with different operations

· Have job rotation in different FSQR functions and actively involved in function daily work with accountability.

· Proactively to participate training activities

· Proactively learn Cargill FSQR system knowledge include Cargill Food Safety Policy Manual and related FS/Q management system skill to become professional.
