Key Responsibilities
Join a high caliber technical team to contribute actively with testing.
? Review product specs and other documents, design globalization test specs and maintain test cases.
? Develop automated test scripts using software automation test tools such as Selenium, Perl, Java language.
? Run test cases and work closely with base QA and development teams to report, analyze and fix bugs.
? Summarize test result and submit test report periodically.
Selection Criteria
? Minimum Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science or related majors
? Good knowledge in at least one of Java, Linux, PL/SQL, Shell/Perl/Python
? Good English communication skills both written and verbal
? Good interpersonal skills with ability to present ideas/comments/suggestion in business-friendly and user-friendly language
? Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
? Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

? Work closely with product manager and project manager and help on decision making by providing technical support
? Analyze the customer requirements and compose the functional specification for new features
? Design and implement new features for new products/releases
? Work closely with QA team and fix the problems efficiently
? Review product documentation to ensure the technical correctness
? Continuously improve development process
? Interface with multiple local and remote business, technical teams and project stakeholders
Selection Criteria
