作为液化空气工程与制造事业部的一员，液化空气（杭州）有限公司于1995年成立，标志着集团的工程与制造业务正式进入中国。经过二十年的发展，液空杭州已成为集团重要的工程与制造中心，拥有近六百名员工。公司专业从事先进的空分装置、合成气纯化装置、制一氧化碳装置、制氢装置及其它工业气体装置的设计、工程、制造和安装业务，业务足迹遍布中国43个城市以及世界各地，是中国低温领域的领先制造商。

与液空杭州并行，液化空气工程咨询（上海）有限公司是液化空气全球工程与制造在中国的另一个重要的工程中心，重点从事基于鲁奇技术的方案开发和项目执行，如蒸汽甲烷转化和气化工艺项目。此外，该中心也为鲁奇专利技术在中国的转让业务提供支持。公司致力于为中国清洁能源转化领域提供领先科技。

The engineering & construction activities of Air Liquide started in China in 1995, with the establishment of Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Hangzhou (E&C Hangzhou). Over the past two decades, E&C Hangzhou has grown to be a major engineering and manufacturing center of Air Liquide Group with nearly 600 employees. It specializes in designing, engineering, manufacturing and constructing leading-edge air separation plants, syngas purification units, carbon monoxide plants, hydrogen recovery plants, and other industrial gas plants, with footprints covering 43 cities in China and worldwide. E&C Hangzhou is one of the leading manufacturers in cryogenic field in China.

In addition to E&C Hangzhou, Air Liquide Engineering & Construction China also operates another major engineering center in Shanghai. It focuses on solution development and project execution based on proprietary Lurgi technologies such as Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) and gasification. In addition, it also provides technical support for licensing Lurgi technologies and is playing an increasingly important role for clean chemical conversion in China.

Riding on local engineering resources combined with the cutting-edge technologies of Air Liquide Group, E&C China has been contributing to the transformation and upgrading of many Chinese industries by delivering production units with very low emissions, low industrial energy consumption and high price-performance ratio.
