BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Provide regional technical and helpdesk support on computer application systems for HoT APO

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

· 1st level technical and Helpdesk support service 初级IT技术和桌面运维支持

· Escalate problem to next level and follow up if problem can’t be resolved; provide accurate and adequate information to next level support for timely resolution 为更高层级支持提供准确和足够信息，向更高层级反馈问题

· Maintain/Keep track of Helpdesk log and follow up outstanding issues to ensure problem reported is resolved and users are informed of the status 维护和追踪桌面运维记录，跟进显著问题并确保问题得到解决以及用户了解状态

· Study on the top reoccurrence issue of Helpdesk log as well as user request and give proposal to IT management for review and execution 发现汇总桌面运维重复发生并常见问题，并为IT管理层提供可改善建议

· Promote IT best practices to HoT APO users 为用户推广IT***实践

· Assist in the installation and maintenance of desktops, IP phone and printers 协助电脑安装和维护，以及电话和打印机

· Support the use of systems/applications, including video/audio conferencing 支持系统/应用的使用，包括视频/电话会议

· Set up VPN access and laptop as required 按要求设置VPN权限和电脑权限

· Keep IS inventory records up-to-dated and proactively give the alert to the supervisor for any cases with low stock level in computer equipment at the pool and insufficient software licenses 保持最新信息系统库存记录并对电脑最低库存和软件许可给予预警提醒
