Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

Key duties include:

Maintain billing cycle in ERP, issue VAT invoice and exporting invoice, and send VAT invoices to customers timely.

系统销售发票，开具增值税发票和外销税务发票，并及时邮寄发票给客户。

Keeps good control of VAT invoicing system under Tax bureau requirements.

税务局的要求维护好增值税发票开票系统。

Update customer statements, reconcile AR balance and send confirmation letter to customer regularly.

客户对账单，调节应收账款余额，定期发确认函给客户。

Timely system booking for customer payments, monthly review with sales team to understand the status of customers’ payments.

登记客户收款，月度与销售确认客户应收账款状态。

Monthly accounting documents binding.

会计凭证装订。

Implement each HSE law in point and《HSE notice of working in workshop》

执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》

Other tasks or duties as assigned.

其他主管交待的事务。




Scope of Role:

This role will report to Finance Manager

Education and Experience:
College degree above Major in Accounting related subject




Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Good team player

Familiar with MS office, especially Excel

Hard work, patient, respect deadlines.
