1. Failure Analysis Engineer (FA) 失效分析工程师

The Failure Analysis Engineer determines the root cause of IC failure by using analog semiconductor IC related knowledge and technology and combining with professional FA techniques. Once the failure root cause has been identified, the Failure Analysis Engineer works with the relative department to solve the issue and take action to prevent it happen again.

FA通过运用模拟电子半导体相关的知识、技能以及专业的失效分析技术来确定集成电路失效的根源。一旦确定失效原因，与其他相关部门共同合作解决问题并防止再次发生。

Responsibilities岗位职责:

Support R&D (New Design/Process/Package development) 支持研发（新产品设计/流程/封装工艺提升）

Support Internal Products yield enhancement 支持内部产品良率改进

Requirements岗位要求:

Master degree or equivalent (Semiconductor and micro-electronics Tech) 硕士及同等学历（半导体及微电子技术专业）

Good knowledge of analog circuit, device, semiconductor IC manufacture process, etc良好的模拟电路，器件，模拟集成电路制造流程等知识

2. Product Engineer (PE) 产品工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

Evaluate New Product Design spec and Reliability, Co-ordinate R&D team to resolve issues happened in design, process, device, assembly, testing评估新产品的设计参数和可靠性，统筹研发团队，解决由设计、工艺、器件、封装、测试等引入的问题

3. Test Engineer (TE) 测试工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u Require strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts 要求对于基础的电理论有很深入的理解

u Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis and modifies automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits 设计电路组成部分的精确参数测量，动力信号分析并为模拟和混合信号集成电路更改测试系统软件。

6. Yield Enhancement Engineer (YE) 良率提升工程师

Yield enhancement engineer will deal with whole semiconductor industry to improve product yield

You will act as project leader to co-work with other departments for project management and yield enhancement. 良率工程师需要和整个半导体产业打交道，提升产品良率作为项目领导者，良率工程师需要和其他部门一起协作进行项目管理和良率提升。

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u Product level qualification for new fab, new bumping house, new assembly house and new test house. Work closely with different groups to start the qualification process, watch closely for project schedule, and complete the qualification in a timely manner负责新晶圆厂，新凸点制造厂，新封装测试厂的认证工作，和其他部门紧密协作展开项目管理

7. Production Test Engineer (PTE) 生产测试工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u Use high speed, DSP based, state of the art automatic test equipment (ATE) 能够使用各种测试设备

u Responsible for analyzing and disposing each problematic lot, ship the lot to customer with 0 failure or lowest failure rate对测试量产中的每一个问题批次，进行分析和处理，处理完后的芯片以零或最低的坏品率送往客户

8. IC Layout Engineer 版图设计工程师

In this position, you will work closely with circuit designers both in China and US to perform original, customized analog / mixed signal IC layout.该职位将紧密与中国区和美国区的IC设计工程师一起去完成新产品的，全定制的模拟和混合信号IC版图设计.
Responsibility岗位职责：

Responsibilities岗位职责:

u Handle simple customer cases or internal failure analysis cases and draft FA reports处置简单的客户失效分析案例以及内部失效分析案例及起草失效分析报告

u Technical support to key customers on MPS products and help customers to solve the issues 为大客户提供技术支持，解决技术问题

18. Sales Engineer (Sales)销售工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责

u Build relationship and cooperate with End Customers, distributors, FAE and Marketing team与客户，代理商，现场应用工程师及市场团队建立关系并一起合作

u Manage key customers维护大客户

u Searching and organizing resource. Drive and influence others to achieve team goals and objectives搜集整理资源，推动并影响他人来实现公司团队目标

Requirements岗位要求

u Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering本科学历，电气工程，计算机科学或工程等相关专业

u Good oral and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required较好的沟通能力，具备较强的人际交往及组织能力

u Should be self-starter, highly energetic, flexible, capable of making sound project decisions, and detail orientated积极主动、灵活多变，具备决策力及注重细节等特质

u Can communicate in English fluently英语交流
