1、根据公司发展需求，统计各部门的招聘需求，制定人员招聘计划， 按时完成招聘任务；

2、负责简历甄别与筛选、接待、面试、协调和安置等等工作；

3、利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，开发、优化、维护招聘渠道；

4、负责整个公司人员的考勤、入职、离职、晋升、降级、调动、新员工薪资确认、薪资调整、绩效跟踪、劳动合同签订、薪资计算等日常工作；

5、完成上级交付的其它工作内容。
